📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Handle reservations and bookings, working closely with the reservations team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional front desk service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain the integrity of our records.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality, continuously improving our service standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that all operational aspects of the hotel run smoothly and efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or night auditor role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siriuss, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial and operational records.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting is a plus.
• Valid certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
