📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and order processing.
• Support the supply chain by coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in training new staff members to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the team.
• Support the operations manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on daily operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and improvements.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or promotions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, business, or related field, or a recent graduate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
