📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Support the organization in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Previous experience in managing employee relations and recruitment processes is a plus.
