📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the commercial value of our original Webtoon IP.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue licensing opportunities with industry partners, publishers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure strategic alliances and collaborations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Webtoon industry.
• Prepare and present compelling pitches and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
• Track and manage the business development pipeline using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of licensing deals and collaborations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our business development efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, licensing, or a related field in the digital entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing licensing deals and strategic alliances.
• Strong understanding of the Webtoon industry and its commercial potential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Passion for Webtoons and a strong commitment to innovation and creativity.
