📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in navigation and vessel handling operations
- Perform deck maintenance and upkeep tasks
- Assist in cargo handling and stowage operations
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols and equipment
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities
- Work collaboratively with the deck team to ensure vessel safety and efficiency
- Assist in emergency response and damage control procedures
- Contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the vessel
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a maritime-related role or equivalent training
- Familiarity with navigation tools and software such as ECDIS, GPS, and radar
- Basic knowledge of marine safety regulations and procedures
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts and on-call duties
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and certification programs
