📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of high-quality teas, including bubble tea and traditional Taiwanese teas.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect tea based on their preferences and health needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest tea trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the menu.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tea Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of tea brewing techniques and various types of teas.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about tea and customer service.
