📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and track IT assets using ServiceNow and SAP.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for asset procurement and maintenance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT assets through proper documentation and access controls.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management best practices.
• Monitor and report on IT asset performance and lifecycle management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management.
• Certifications in ITIL, ISO 19770, or similar IT asset management standards are a plus.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow and SAP for IT asset management.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices and compliance regulations.
