📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment such as espresso machines, milk steamers, and grinders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking coffee bean usage and ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and recommending coffee drinks to meet customer preferences.
• Learn and apply coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, latte art, and pour-over methods.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and new products to offer innovative and exciting options to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or barista role, preferably in a specialty coffee environment.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, latte art, and pour-over methods.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee beans and equipment.
• Knowledge of basic coffee machinery and equipment, such as espresso machines, milk steamers, and grinders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
