📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors according to agreed terms.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and maintain accurate records.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain good communication with suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Handle any accounts payable-related queries and issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to financial planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
