Field Collector - Credit Recovery Specialist (Bali Region)

With a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping our customers regain financial stability.
In this role, you'll be responsible for visiting customer locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll use our proprietary CRM system, SAP, to track and manage your collection activities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability, as you'll be dealing with various customer situations and environments.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit customer locations to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Update customer records and track collection activities using SAP.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer financial situations and identify collection opportunities.
- Collaborate with the credit recovery team to ensure timely and efficient collections.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and professionalism.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve collection skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit recovery or debt collection.
- Proven track record of successful collections and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or other CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional and polite demeanor.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
