Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a similar industry,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMakeror similar)Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcelPowerPoint)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience with content management systems (CMS)Familiarity with version control systems (e.g.Git)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
