📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Train and mentor junior technical writers,Provide technical writing support to sales and marketing teams,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical writing
