📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial coatings market.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industrial coatings industry.,Present technical information and product solutions to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our products.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role in the industrial coatings industry.,Strong technical knowledge of industrial coatings, including their properties, applications, and performance characteristics.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
