📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
