Restaurant Manager

PT Duta Logistik Corporindo is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position located in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. The salary range for this role is Rp 2.500.000 – Rp 3.500.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
• Promote and uphold the restaurant's image and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required).
