📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the recruitment process,Building and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
