As a Junior Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems.,Monitor weather conditions and make appropriate navigational decisions.,Communicate effectively with the crew and other stakeholders.,Conduct safety drills and ensure all crew members are trained and prepared.,Report any incidents or near-misses to the appropriate authorities.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (COC) and STCW certification.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with vessel systems and equipment.,Good physical health and fitness.,Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
