📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales activities in the Bontang area, including setting sales targets and tracking performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in company events and initiatives to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
