📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, in a fair and impartial manner.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
