📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution of products to customers and retailers.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities and performance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Assist in the implementation of new distribution strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or related roles.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs is an advantage.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
