📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain professional development.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
