📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
