📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in food cost control and budgeting.,Participate in food safety and sanitation practices.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Help with special events and promotions as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
