📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources effectively.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior accountants.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
