📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with culinary software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about culinary arts and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
