Toko Bangunan Eko Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage our vehicle fleet efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our business and ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition, and comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including coordinating with external service providers when necessary.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption, ensuring cost-efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.,Facilitate the safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel, ensuring timely deliveries and pick-ups.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety standards.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
