📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and recommend improvements to procurement strategies.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and presentations for management.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
