Cloud Place Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Majalengka. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the department operates efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
